It may be a 10% restocking fee on goods returned for credit. Any goods received must be in a resalable condition, clean, undamaged, contained in their original unopened packing and including all manuals, disks, cables, etc.

Where goods do not conform to Tri-Pacific Australia Pty Ltd returned goods requirements, the Purchaser will be liable for the full amount of the original invoice supplied with the goods plus the cost of associated freight.

Where goods conform to the returned goods requirements, a credit note for the value of the goods will be issued against the account of the Purchaser.

All return credit/refund claims must be received by Tri-Pacific Australia Pty Ltd no later than 7 days after invoice date. Credit claims after this date will not be processed.
